Why a recipe book?
After a PMOS (formerly PCOS) diagnosis, the question I get most isn't what to avoid — it's what do I cook tonight. There are plenty of lists of forbidden foods; there are very few concrete ideas for Tuesday's dinner.
This recipe book comes out of my own kitchen and my practice: recipes with ingredients you can actually find in Mexico, realistic prep times, and combinations designed to steady your blood sugar without counting anything.
Eating well with PMOS doesn't have to be restrictive or complicated. It has to be doable on a weeknight.
